Ancient Art
Since the Ancient Art is all about full Ki Control, it only makes sense that Meditation would play a large role in the training. We know that Piccolo spends 95% of his training time in deep meditation, going over techniques in his mind over and over. Since fighting is 90% mental and 10% physical, this helped Piccolo out a lot. A way to enhance the physical aspects of ones body while meditating is to wear weighted clothing and float while in meditation.

 
Crane Style
Originally, Tsuru and Roshi both trained under Mutaito, but for some reason or another, Tsuru got angry and branched off his own fighting style. Soon after, Tsuru and Roshi became Arch-rivals. The crane style uses a lot of mind skills, and is a very difficult style to master. Most of the techniques used in this style are forbidden to teach, but Tsuru-sennin didn't care and taught his pupils anyways.

 
Kaio Style
The DragonFist technique was taught to Goku during the afterlife. It is personally one of my favorites in that a Golden Dragon actually appears while performing this technique. The user must shout "Ryu-ken" and punch forward, creating a Golden Dragon that will punch through the victim, then surround it and explode.

 
Saiya-Jin Style
Any Saiya-jin with a tail has the potential to transform into an Oozaru. The Saiya-jin must get a glimpse of full moon light in order to achieve the transformation. Going Oozaru increases the size of the Saiya-jin greatly, and as shown in the picture to the right, the form becomes monkey-like. The Saiya-jin's speed takes a small hit, but the power increases by 10x. Overall, this technique is a rather formidable one.

 
Turtle Style
One of the unique training styles used in Turtle Style is the turtle shells. Depending on the users status, they would strap a weighted turtle shell to their back and train with it on. This enhanced muscle and speed after the body became used to the extra weight the shell provided. The advantage came when the shell was taken off, the body would feel lighter and thus you could move faster. It's similar to the weighted training Goku later gets into.
